My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

After you pay, you can check your order logistics information through the order tracking page. We ensure that the products you purchased will be delivered to your address as soon as possible.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship worldwide! Delivery time and shipping charges are calculated at
checkout. When shipping to other countries, customs duties may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You can fnd the latest status of your order by logging into your store account or locating your order confrmation email. Please note that we make Fengzetong products according to orders every day. We will post the latest processing times on the top bar ofour website and on our product pages. Alternatively, you can fnd the estimated delivery date in the order confrmation email. If you cannot fnd the updated status ofyour order, please contact us for assistance.

MY PACKAGE OR ITEMS ARE DAMAGED!

Oh no.let us help! Please send us photos of the damaged item/box to xgyw88888@163.com and we will work to either replace the item or the whole package on a case by case basis.

WHAT IF PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING?

If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. lf this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per package. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large. Please also check the invoice inside your package. This will detail which items should be in that package If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven't received all of your items please contact us ASAP.

CAN L CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be canceled before the item is processed. If the order is canceled prior to processing, a full refund will be issued.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

To ensure a satisfactory shopping experience, if the product you purchased from our store has quality issues or does not match the description, you may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the product remains unused, with its original packaging intact, and all accessories and gifts included, without affecting its resale value.

If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (such as dislike or incorrect size), please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Customized products and certain items that have been opened are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.

If the product has a quality problem, please provide clear photos or videos as proof. Once verified, we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund and cover the related shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.
